SUMMARY:Liberating Life Retreat: a Retreat on Restoring Wholeness through the Body (retraite en anglais)
DESCRIPTION:There are moments when we experience a felt sense of uttermost aliveness. An open corridor between our heart and life.  In such moments\, we rise beyond any daunting questions around the meaning or purpose of our life. Instead\, we embody full presence\, anchored in the here and now\, dwelling in beautiful tenderness\, embodied power\, and innocent play. \nThe Liberating Life Retreat is about just that: Together we will explore what it means to become a true and active channel of Life. A steward of Life. We will cultivate an inner spaciousness & fullness that allows you to show up with response-ability in your relationships and the wholeness of your life.  \nTo do that\, we practice entering into a specific relationship with our inner experience and with our body: Your shaky heart\, your doubt\, the burning shame\, the devastation of not-knowing\, the not-being-enough\, the fiery anger\, the grief for what is gone – when we begin to listen to and understand the messages that are being communicated to us by our feelings\, belief systems\, and body sensations\, we can begin partnering with them\, thus ****transforming the on-going fight with life into a mysterious dance! \nWe relax our urge to change\, fix\, or heal ourselves\, and we drop into an ever deepening loving awareness of whatever is. It is in this holding embrace that our glorious human imperfections transform into doorways for us to move towards wholeness and authenticity. \n**What will I come away with?** \n– Learn precise maps to translate your painful experiences into doorways to a deeper remembering of your essential nature;\n– Develop a felt sense of safety in your body: Learn practices to regulate your triggered nervous system by yourself as well as in co-regulation;\n– Increase your capacity to stay present and connected with yourself and others\, no matter what life throws at you;\n– Reclaim your body as an intelligent barometer to navigate Life with Purpose;\n– Develop embodied Boundaries: Learn to feel the intuitive yes and no in your own body;\n– Re-connect to your Primal Nature & Primordial Power. We create a safe space for that inside of you which longs to break free. Re-wilding. Fierce determination. Spontaneity. This force of Life that all of us are\, but got conditioned out of long ago;\n– Embrace yet unknown or unloved parts of yourself to release untapped resources of innate\, playful genius. \nBecause this is an advanced retreat\, we would like for participants to come with a basic tracking capacity. This means that you have practice in noticing and naming your present moment experience\, such as body sensations\, thoughts\, and feelings. \nAdditionally\, we’d like for you to be aware that the embodiment practices mainly draw on movement\, sound\, breath\, and touch. In our experience\, touch is one of the key ingredients for the transformation in this work to go deep. Yet\, at any point in time\, you determine the amount & intensity of touch you want to engage in. At the beginning of the retreat\, we will practice setting  boundaries to support you in finding a clear yes / no in any given moment. \nPlease do reach out to us if you really want to come but you are unsure whether this retreat is a fit for you \n**Cost** \nThe overall cost consists of the tuition fee (left column\, see below) plus the cost for accommodation and meals (right column). We are holding the tuition fee including the teachings and activities with a sliding scale and Early Bird. We hope these pricings can accommodate a range of financial situations\, and still if money feels like an obstacle to attend\, please get in touch! \nTuition fee:  \n– Early Bird sliding scale until 12th August: 250-650€/chf\n– Standard sliding scale until the 30th September: 340-650€/chf\n– Last Minute sliding scale until we start!: 400-650€/chf \nAccommodation & all meals: \n– Place in a comfy dorm: 380chf\n– Double room per person: 560chf\n– Single room: 740chf \nThere are limited single and double room spaces\, so if this is important to you\, we recommend booking soon! \n**Schedule** \n– Beginning: Monday\, 24th of October at 6pm\n– Ending: Friday\, 28th of October at 2pm\n– The daily schedule is subject to change slightly on the day but will look something like this:\n    – 8:00 Breakfast\n    – 9:15 Morning Session\n    – 12:30 Lunch Break\n    – 14:30 Afternoon Session\n    – 18:30 Dinner\n    – 20:00 Optional: Evening Session \n**Cancellation Policy** \n– Until 6 weeks before the event: No cancellation fees\n– Until 4 weeks before the event: 50% refund (amount is calculated from the overall cost\, including both accommodation and tuition fee)\n– Until 2 weeks before the event: 25% refund (amount is calculated from the overall cost\, including both accommodation and tuition fee)\n– Less then 2 weeks before the event: No refund anymore \nRegistration: Stefan Haefner
