We create a safe space for that inside of you which longs to break free. Re-wilding. Fierce determination. Spontaneity. This force of Life that all of us are\, but got conditioned out of long ago;\n– Embrace yet unknown or unloved parts of yourself to release untapped resources of innate\, playful genius. \nBecause this is an advanced retreat\, we would like for participants to come with a basic tracking capacity. This means that you have practice in noticing and naming your present moment experience\, such as body sensations\, thoughts\, and feelings. \nAdditionally\, we’d like for you to be aware that the embodiment practices mainly draw on movement\, sound\, breath\, and touch. In our experience\, touch is one of the key ingredients for the transformation in this work to go deep. Yet\, at any point in time\, you determine the amount & intensity of touch you want to engage in. At the beginning of the retreat\, we will practice setting  boundaries to support you in finding a clear yes / no in any given moment. \nPlease do reach out to us if you really want to come but you are unsure whether this retreat is a fit for you \n**Cost** \nThe overall cost consists of the tuition fee (left column\, see below) plus the cost for accommodation and meals (right column). We are holding the tuition fee including the teachings and activities with a sliding scale and Early Bird.
